My name is LaShanda
Hi, I'm an experienced HR consultant and leadership coach passionate about helping businesses and professionals thrive. I’ve called Colorado home since 2006 and earned my Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Human Resources from CU Boulder in 2010. With over 20 years in HR leadership, I specialize in strategic planning, organizational development, and talent management. When I’m not working, I love exploring the mountains, all things Colorado sports teams, traveling to new places, and spending time with my two awesome sheepadoodles, Molly and Daisy. I believe that with the right strategy and support, businesses and individuals can reach their full potential.
